In the past, we were sometimes able to help our clients better by taking over parts of or even the complete recruiting for them. This is why we launched the Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to complement our Executive and Professional Search.
In the course of this process, we do not conduct a single search. Instead we provide you with a complete recruiting team for a specific duration (usually at least six months).
This makes sense, for example, if you have a large number of similar positions to fill or if your HR department does not have the capacity to conduct an extensive interview
and/or onboarding process with new employees. Our consultants will support you either until you have established the relevant processes and resources internally or until your one-off project has been successfully completed. This allows you to start recruiting quickly and efficiently, while parallel building the necessary long-term structures.
The advantage compared to our performance-based individual searches is obvious: fixed daily rates make costs manageable and plannable.
