Preparation and Kick Off

Your Professional Search starts with a detailed briefing: Our specialized consultants discuss with you your business model, your USPs and the multi-layered context of your company. We dive even deeper when it comes to the talent we search: What kind of personality is necessary to influence the organization in the desired way? What are the requirements? What goals should be achieved in the first 12 months?

We also write down the framework of the search and the expectations in a way that they are accessible and comprehensible to everybody. It becomes clear: During preparations, we leave nothing to chance.

Active Sourcing and Qualification

After having clarified the basic framework, you now benefit from our multi-channel Active Search. Thanks to our self-developed, digital search approach, our consultants are able to find a large number of potentially suitable profiles in a semi-automated process.
Thus, portraits are screened systematically and efficiently.

Our consultants use the saved time to take a closer look at the people behind the CVs. This is done in at least two interviews. The process ensures that you only receive those profiles that really fit your search. If it is necessary, we also perform our Active Search globally. 

Final Assessment and Recruitment

We send you the profiles as a standardized report. Despite everything we still prefer presenting it in-person at a Jour Fixe. The aspects we defined together during the briefing are now the benchmark for the perfect fit: Where do candidates exceed the requirements and where could it be tight? What motivation does someone have to change jobs? What is the demanded salary?

The result of this systematic, orderly and standardized individual approach is as efficient as it is effective: On average, our customers make an offer to the third profile forwarded by us.

1. Preparation

Our consultants analyze your employer-position and your vacancy regarding the environment of the market. Based on our data we give a forecast how long the search will take and how many profiles you can expect. If required, also for your records - free of charge and without obligation.

2. Kick Off

After a briefing, we prepare a document in which we precisely define your requirements for the profile and the search process as well as your expectations of our consultants. Only if everything is still acceptable for you one day afterwards, the search contract becomes binding. 

3. Sourcing

Our partially automated multi-channel Active Search allows a systematic as well as targeted search. We deliver the best - fast. On average, we find the profile, you will eventually make an offer to, within eight weeks.

4. Qualification

Our consultants develop an individual interview guideline for each search. A two-stage interview process ensures that potential candidates are assessed in terms of both, their professional and personal qualities.


5. Presentation

We present the first profiles at a Jour Fixe after about 18 days. Standardized reports show all aspects of a profile, such as career history, motivation to change, salary expectations and aptitude for the position. 

6. Hiring

Our precision saves you time: On average, our consultants submit only 4 to 5 profiles. Usually, the chosen candidate gets hired after week 9.
