Our consultants use the saved time to take a closer look at the people behind the CVs. This is done in at least two interviews. The process ensures that you only receive those profiles that really fit your search. If it is necessary, we also perform our Active Search globally.
We send you the profiles as a standardized report. Despite everything we still prefer presenting it in-person at a Jour Fixe. The aspects we defined together during the briefing are now the benchmark for the perfect fit: Where do candidates exceed the requirements and where could it be tight? What motivation does someone have to change jobs? What is the demanded salary?
