An executive search on C-Level requires even more than other searches to exactly understand the company's vision, strategy and success criteria. Compared to other active searches, more people are involved in the process. Furthermore, we apply an even more comprehensive method.

In an executive search, we are not only looking for who fits the culture of the company, but more importantly, who is able to shape it. Personality analysis can help here. That is why we offer scientifically based personality tests for placing such positions.

Supported by a Managing Partner

In addition to at least two recruiters, a C-level search is also supported by a Managing Partner. Very often, even two Managing Partners accompany the process.

1. Preparation

Our consultants analyze your employer-position and your vacancy regarding the environment of the market. Based on our data we give a forecast how long the search will take and how many profiles you can expect. If required, also for your records - free of charge and without obligation.

2. Kick off

After a briefing, we prepare a document in which we precisely define your requirements for the profile and the search process as well as your expectations of our consultants. Only if everything is still acceptable for you one day afterwards, the search contract becomes binding.

As part of the briefing, we set a binding project schedule: By when do we deliver - when is the vacancy filled?

3. Sourcing

Our partially automated multi-channel Active Search allows a systematic as well as targeted search. We deliver the best - fast. On average, we find the profile, you will eventually make an offer to, within eight weeks.

After about 23 days, we will discuss an initial longlist with you. On average it contains 32 names.

4. Qualification

Our consultants develop an individual interview guideline for each search. A two-stage interview process ensures that potential candidates are assessed in terms of both, their professional and personal qualities.

Where necessary, we test the aptitude of the candidates with our certified diagnostic tests "Big Five" or "Great Eight".


5. Presentation

We present the first profiles at a Jour Fixe after about 18 days. Standardized reports show all aspects of a profile, such as career history, motivation to change, salary expectations and aptitude for the position. 

6. Hiring

Our precision saves you time: On average, our consultants submit only 4 to 5 profiles. Usually, the chosen candidate gets hired after week 12.
