With 50 employees, bexio is the leading provider of web-based business software for small businesses, the self-employed and start-ups. More than 8,000 companies in Switzerland, Germany and Austria currently work with the Rapperswil-based company's business software. The intuitive cloud-based software offers a broad and integrated range of functions, from accounting and order management to automated payment processing, marking the end of cumbersome payroll accounting with endless Excel spreadsheets. In 2016, bexio received the "Top 100 Startup" award as the best software startup out of over 100,000 startups in Switzerland.
Project description
Following the successful foundation and the establishment of a solid customer base, the aim was to further develop the product portfolio and sustainably increase the young company's awareness and growth. In order to ensure the strategic further development of the product roadmap and expansion in Germany and Austria, bexio was confronted with new demands on the management team. These were to be met with new appointments in the areas of marketing (Chief Marketing Officer) and product (Chief Product Officer). In the collaboration between bexio and CareerTeam, particular emphasis was placed on ensuring that the profiles not only had a high level of professional and technical expertise, but also had a general overview and understanding of all areas in a young, dynamic company and were able to provide advice based on their expertise. The CMO was filled with the second profile and the CPO with the sixth profile presented by CareerTeam.

Einmal mehr erwiesen sich sowohl die konstruktive Partnerschaft mit den Schwesterfirmen der CareerTeam Group, als auch der datengetriebene Ansatz im Zusammenhang mit einem großangelegten, strategischen Projekt als äußerst vorteilhaft. So konnte die Provinzial NordWest trotz der höchst unterschiedlichen Stellenprofile den Suchauftrag in Gänze an CareerTeam geben. Die Standortproblematik wurde, wie auch in anderen vergleichbaren Fällen, mithilfe intelligenter Suchalgorithmen gelöst. Auf diese Weise konnten zahlreiche Talente gefunden werden, die in der Region Münster leben oder in der Vergangenheit Bezug dorthin hatten. Darüber hinaus half CareerTeams Input bezüglich möglicher Benefits und sonstiger Konditionen dabei, skeptische Candidates von einem Engagement zu überzeugen.
